Stray Dogs in Romania
According to the World Health Organization, there are more than 200 million stray dogs around the world, a growing issue that seems to have no end in near sight. Several reproduction containment options have been proposed in the past, with seemingly no real resolutions.
Stray dogs pose several issues for themselves, humans, and the environment around them. They can be detrimental in metropolitan cities, where chaotic environments can lead the dogs to become aggressive to humans, bear several diseases, become a danger to traffic, proneness to littering and attracting rats and further disease, and they are simply in danger in a world where no one is willing to adopt them, and animal shelters cannot contain the overwhelming population of dogs that keeps developing consistently each year across the world.

As a country where we have a lot of local connections and the ability to make a positive change, Romania will be one of our main candidates for dog rescue and rehabilitation activities. Romania has a large number of legitimate organizations operating in the space that have been able to make a significant difference in the past decade. A lof of support has also been shown from other countries such as the United Kingdom, helping our canine friends to find a loving family that they can trust.
SaveDoge is set to launch on the 20th of September 2022 after an initial presale on the 19th of September 2022 in order to raise capital for a healthy initial liquidity for the project. 🚀
In Romania alone there are over 600,000 stray dogs that we could all help together in various ways, such as:
- Neutering
- Health Aid
- Rehabilitation
- Housing
- Adoption
The cost of neutering in Romania is a low $20 per dog, allowing us to have a major impact on population containment for the future generations of canines, having less dogs on the streets and more happy and healthy dogs in loving homes.
During Phase 1 we will accumulate fees from our Farms, Staking Pools and DEX Fees in order to perform donations to reputable Dog Shelters around Romania. Thanks to the power of the blockchain we can provide full trackability on the origin and destination of the funds that will be designated towards donations.
During Phase 2 we will accumulate $100,000 in fees in order to launch our own dog shelter that will be able to house up to 1000 dogs at any moment, at which point we will be able to deploy a team that can take care of the veterinary needs of the dogs, their rehabilitation process and their eventual adoption.
This will pose an immense opportunity for us to bring crypto to a more mainstream audience, allowing cryptocurrency donations for the maintenance and growth of the dog shelter, not to mention the endless amount of cute dog videos your will receive every week as our audience.
We will use our garnered experience and contacts in other countries such as Brazil, Philippines and Georgia to help the cause even more by launching more shelters and bulding a network of aid that can easily find more families to can take care of our loveable canines.
